Simple Egg Tart Recipe

Bahan-bahan:

Bahan A (pastri)

200gram tepung gndum

Setengah biji telur

140gram butter

70gram icing sugar

Bhn B (inti tart)

140gram gula 

300ml air

4 biji tlur

80ml susu sejat

Cara-cara membuat egg tart:
1. Campur semua bahan A, gaulkan menjadi doh.
2. Masukkan doh di dalam peti sejuk selama 20 min.
3. Sementara menunggu, panaskan air (Bahan B) dan gula sehingga mendidih tanpa perlu dikacau. Biarkannya sejuk.
4. Keluarkan doh dan uli bulat-bulat mengikut saiz acuan loyang tart. Tekan doh menggunakan ibu jari supaya rata.
5. Gaulkan campuran air gula dengan susu dan telur.
6. Tuangkan kesemua campuran ke dalam doh yang telah ditekan.
7. Bakar dalam oven 200 degree celcius selama 20 min.

Home Made Popia

Cara membuat inti popia:
1. parut carrot dan sengkuang halus2.
2. Cincang bawang halus2.
3. Goreng bawang hingga kekuningan, campurkan sedikit daging / ayam cincang.
4. Masukkan carrot dan sengkuang.
5. Letakkan garam dan aji no moto secukup rasa.
6. Biarkan sejuk selama sejam

Lepas tu, gulung la inti tu seperti biasa guna kulit popia (Spring Home - warna biru)

Lawatan Penanda Aras Pecutan Peningkatan Kualiti Guru Pelatih

Pada 19 hingga 22 September 2013, guru-guru pelatih dan pensyarah IPGK Pendidikan Teknik telah mengadakan lawatan ke IPGK Tun Abdul Razak.

Lawatan ini telah memberi peluang kepada guru pelatih sem 8 untuk berkongsi  bermacam-macam idea, pengalaman dan pengetahuan. A great exposure for me.

ngam2 setengah tahun since my last post.
LAMANYAAAAAAAA~~

di hari yang kurang indah ini (high fever, dizziness, swollen tonsil), i wanna make use of this time to share with you all what did i do in the past 6 months.

MAY: Fokus dgn exam. (Fokus la sgt..haha). Tp paper last sem mmg tough. Syukur dh lepas semua :)
JUNE: Gawai + sem holiday. Jrg2 online.
JULY: my most favourite month! my birthday! thank you family and friends for your wishes and gifts. n one more, 2nd practicum pun start on the 23rd. seriously, practicum mmg sgt2 busy. mandi tak basah, tdo tak lena, makan tak kenyang lagi2 bila nak kena observe. haha
AUGUST: practicum..practicum..practicum..practicum..then cuti raya.
SEPTEMBER: practicum lagi. habis je practicum trus buat assignment..spe srh buat last minute. haha..
OCTOBER: busy dating. tetttt. n one more, i worked with Catalia again this year. and i gained more n more experience :)))

haha. thats all. masih kekeringan idea di sini.

What is LENT for me?

Three pillars of Lenten observance: fasting, prayer, almsgiving.

when i woke this morning, i realised that today is the third day of Lent already.

For those who observe the Holy season, Lent is a time for reflection and sacrifice.

i asked myself, how far have I been sacrificing for my Daddy God?

Let's observe the needs of the three pillars of Lent.

1. Fasting. For me, to fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday is a good way to develop my self-control. it's just a small sacrifice, compared to Jesus who had died on the cross for our sins.

I found out that abstaining from meat on Ash Wednesday and all the Fridays of Lent also good for allowing me to control my appetite of eating too much 'good foods'. Try not to eat something that you love, such as sweet foods.

Yesterday's Gospel reading reminds us of 'take up our cross and follow Him'.

let's reflect.

2. Increase in Prayer. Prayer is a communication with God. Speak to Him. and LISTEN. It brings us closer to Him.

3. Almsgiving. Be generous people. Care for those in need and never refuse to give help.

in Matt 25:35 :

For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,

LENT is not a kill joy season, instead it leads us to the joy of having a spiritual growth.

What Does The Bible Say About Being Single?

this morning, i encountered some interesting articles regarding singleness.

suddenly, I recalled back what i've learn in Youth Gathering last Friday. As long as you've not married yet, you are still considered single. Why I said so?

³² I would like you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs—how he can please the Lord. ³³ But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife— ³⁴ and his interests are divided. An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord’s affairs: Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the affairs of this world—how she can please her husband. ³⁵ I am saying this for your own good, not to restrict you, but that you may live in a right way in undivided devotion to the Lord.

1 Corinthians 7:32-35

In Christian's life, marriage should be based on a decision guided by the Holy Spirit. Marriage is a commitment. Allow Him to choose your life partner instead of letting you yourself decide for you own partner, and then asking for His approval. We can depend on Him in this important decision. If we totally commit everything into Him, we will never be disappointed in the one He sends into our lives.

To those who haven't have a life partner nor not in a steady relationship, do not be worry if God has not send someone to your life yet.

No need to be anxious in looking for a mate. Do not be like this...'look to the right, is he the one..look to the left,is he the one?

If you seek Jesus and please Him, rather than being concerned about a mate, soon you will find the right one, given by Him, in His perfect time.

Pray, pray and keep pray for it. The good Lord surely wants to bring a mate to those who will ask Him and have the patience to wait for His choice.

Being single is a precious chance which we can use to experience a closer communion with God. If a marriage cannot glorify the Lord, it would be better to remain alone.

So, make use of it. Look for someone who has fear for the Lord, and i'm sure you will have a blessed and wonderful marriage.

People called it 'a month of LOVE'

today is 1st of February.

:D a new day, a new month.

What's so special about February?

most ppl said that it's a month which is full of love.

:D

no doubt, diff ppl hv diff opinion.

but, for me, it doesnt necessarily that we need to show our love on February. instead, we can show it everyday.

how?

love, respect and treat ppl around you with love and care.

to my family, relatives, friends and all my loved ones, i love you all.

You guys are God's special gifts for me :)

WORRY is a SIN!

Remember this dear fren,

WORRY is a SIN.

He said "Do not worry. Leave everything to Me. I will take care of everything. If you worry, you are not making Me happy. "

See, it sounds so simple yet many of us tend to feel worry about what we have, what we're going to wear, what we're going to eat, what we're going to drink...n so on..

Let me share with u this scripture:

Jesus says, “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?” (Matthew 6:25)

So, here's the key -FAITH. God wants us to walk by faith. Why should we ever worry again?

Worry is unnecessary. Because there is one thing that matters most in our life. Put Him first:

'But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.' (Matthew 6:33)

Frankly speaking, within these two months, i worried about lotsa things. =.='

But then, after I read a book, it mentioned that God doesn't like to see His children feeling worry or doubt about His ability.

So, when i started to feel worry, I directly recalled about what i've read. From that moment, I really lift up everything to God's hands.

Do not feel bad if u're lacking of anything, for He knows what we need. Seriously, the statement 'WORRY IS A SIN' affects my life a lot. I began not to worry but continue to live a happy life.

Jesus says, 'Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.' (Matthew 6:34)

So, keep reminding urself that WORRY IS A SIN!

Trust me, have a try and u will see how God works in ur life.
